• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time without a price reduction.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We request prior notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
• Advance payments (if applicable) may be non-refundable in case of late cancellation or no-show.

Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. By booking a service, you confirm that:

• You have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns prior to treatment.
• You understand that spa services are for relaxation and wellness purposes only.
• Our therapies are non-medical and not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a condition appears unsafe or inappropriate for spa services.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We may accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, or other digital payment methods.

Gift Vouchers & Offers

• Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period.
• Gift vouchers (if issued) are non-refundable and must be used before their expiry date.
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Client Conduct

To maintain a safe and professional environment, clients agree not to:

• Engage in inappropriate behavior toward staff
• Use abusive, offensive, or unlawful language
• Damage spa property or equipment
• Violate any local laws or regulations

Any inappropriate conduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund and possible legal action.

Communication

By providing your contact details, you agree that we may contact you regarding your bookings, appointments, service updates, or other necessary service-related information.

Intellectual Property Rights
